About The Gene Diet

Medicine individualizes illness. It’s time we individualized wellness.

For decades, modern healthcare has become increasingly personalized once disease appears. Treatments are tailored. Medications are adjusted. Diagnoses are refined. But when it comes to wellness, we still tend to rely on generalized advice.Eat this. Avoid that. Follow this diet. Try that supplement. The problem is that different bodies respond differently to the same inputs.
The Gene Diet was born from a simple observation: One diet does not fit all.
Drawing on genetics, ancestry, evolutionary biology, skin health, and preventive medicine, Dr. Sharad Paul helps people better understand why some health strategies work remarkably well for certain individuals while producing completely different results for others.
The goal isn’t perfection. It is understanding the biology you were born with so you can make more informed decisions about your healthspan, energy, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.

Your Body Is Speaking.
Are You Listening?

Most people normalize symptoms they should investigate. The afternoon energy crash. The chronic reflux. The poor sleep. The digestive issues. The skin problems that seem cosmetic but may point to something deeper. These experiences are often treated as inevitable parts of aging or modern life.
Dr. Paul’s work explores a different possibility: What if they’re signals? What if your body has been communicating with you all along?
The Gene Diet helps translate those signals through the lenses of genetics, ancestry, immune function, and evolutionary biology offering a more individualized approach to understanding health.
